Born in Tifton, Georgia, Bill Rigdon knew early on that he loved talking into a microphone. In high school, he made morning announcements and narrated student video projects. As an undergraduate Mathematics major at Georgia Tech, he worked at the campus radio station in his spare time, cutting promos and recording song intros and outros for the station’s automation system, as well as reading news and producing campus affairs programming.
Bill has credits in both broadcast and non-broadcast video, as well as broadcast audio. He has been heard on espn.com in his play-by-play role for the St. Pius X Golden Lions football team.
With his Math degree and his background in computer programming, Bill is a natural at technical and scientific readings. He also has an MBA, so corporate voice work is in his wheelhouse as well. Additionally, he is an award-winning public speaker and avid barbershop singer.
